Pharma Nord has, for a number of years, been expanding its cross-border sales activities into China. The activity level is growing, and we are therefore looking for a Mandarin-speaking Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to help with daily tasks.
The job is a full-time, on-site position and you will be based at our administrative headquarters in Vejle.

Pharma Nord operates flagship stores on several major Chinese online platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin and RED. You will be the administrative link between our Chinese partner company and our accounting and web departments.

Daily activities will include:

Project tasks:

Follow-up on and coordination of agreed projects
Follow-up on orders and forecasts
Organizing and combining data received from the different platforms
Reviewing and updating content on our Chinese homepage

Accounting tasks:

Internal checking, aggregation, and reporting of sales data from the different platforms
Internal inventory checks and reporting
Internal expense report preparation and checking
Internal checking of invoices and payments

Qualifications
We expect you to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and to have a relevant administrative background, as well as some proficiency working with spreadsheets.

We do not expect you to have an accounting background, since the actual accounting tasks will be handled by our accounting department.

If you have an interest in health and nutrition and/or a relevant background in this area, the position could also be developed to include providing product training to our Chinese partners, building and maintaining a customer support FAQ, and reviewing online marketing material.

If you already have relevant experience working with Chinese cross-border platforms, that will also be a plus. The corporate language is English, whereas Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
