We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Finnish office in Vantaa and support day-to-day office, customer, and administrative activities. Our Finnish office consist of a small tight-knit team where we together work on local market activities.

As our new Office Assistant, you will support the local team with a mix of customer contact, administrative coordination, and practical office tasks. You will work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations, contributing to a well-organized and smoothly running office.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Vantaa, Oy Pharma Nord Ab Rajatorpantie 41 C.

The tasks

Act as a first point of contact for customers, handling phone calls, emails, and webshop related inquiries
Support order handling, deliveries, and coordination with logistics and warehouse partners
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and maintaining internal systems
Support marketing and sales activities, including events, basic content tasks, and data support
Help ensure the daily office environment runs smoothly, including practical and coordination tasks

Qualifications
You have a genuine interest in health and nutrition and are comfortable communicating with customers. You speak and write Finnish at a native level and have a solid working command of English. You are comfortable using standard office software, particularly spreadsheets. Experience in customer service, administration, or office support is an advantage, but not required.
